This educational conference will focus on culinary trends from past to current and take a look at what is to come. On hands demonstrations from the best in the industry; Tia Harrison and Mark DeNittis, Alex Seidel and Lon Symensma as well as chef Akira Back (competitor on Iron Chef America). Beverage demonstrations with Marnie Old and top mixologist from around the country.
