Course Information:
Overview
This one-day course will use the DISC personal profile tool as a springboard, enabling participants to examine personal behavior styles (their own, and those of their colleagues) and the tendencies that flow from them. The premise is this: "As we grow in our understanding of who we are (and who others are) and our tendencies, we will become more productive and a more effective team member." The course will require participants to complete an on-line DISC profile prior to attendance (takes approximately 20 minutes to complete). DISC is one of the world's leading temperament analysis tools.
A complete set of course materials and lunches are included.
