Drawn upon the experience of renowned arbitrators in a multicultural and international
environment, the training will meet the practical needs of those involved in international
trade and will simulate an ICC arbitration based on a mock case, from the drafting of
a Request for Arbitration until the enforcement of the Award. The mock case has been
updated with the New ICC Rules of Arbitration.
Participants will develop first-hand experience and knowledge of the New ICC Rules of Arbitration
and practice of the International Court of Arbitration, essential in international business today.
