This 2-day workshop will give you the bedrock understandings which, up to now, have largely been missing from most organisations’ IC management. You will also walk away with the practical tools and processes you need to be able to manage IC increasingly effectively, because the Internal Communication Model (ICM) is not a hybrid spawned of external communication models.
