The business model canvas, according to the Business Model Generation, is a “strategic management and entrepreneurial tool†in which to “describe, design, challenge, and pivot†an organizational business model. In this program, Sean Preller will review the business model canvas methodology as well as how it can be applied within your organization to serve as a platform for quality. Mr. Preller will also review several quality tools and will illustrate how the practical application of these tools can further be leveraged to strengthen a business model and create an environment heavily focused on process and continuous improvement.
