The Seventh IASTED International Conference on Communication, Internet, and Information Technology is an international forum for the exchange of new ideas and practical experience in the areas of communication systems, network management, information systems, and the Internet. This conference provides an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to present and observe the latest research, results, and ideas in these areas. All papers submitted to this conference will be peer evaluated by at least two reviewers. Acceptance will be based primarily on originality and contribution.
