Many inventors find the DRTV process daunting not only because of the cost but because of all the variables. What is important? Should I use long or short form? Are there formulas to follow? What offer should I go with? Should I try this myself? What about YouTube? Do I need a producer?
Peter will share his 30 plus years experience creating and producing DRTV long and short form programs to help you understand what makes the difference.
Peter Aronow has over 30 years' experience in direct response advertising and production for products ranging from entertainment to pharmaceuticals, and brings his knowledge of direct marketing, the creative process, production and editing to every project. As PBandJ Partners Creative Director/Executive Producer, Peter conceived, wrote, produced and directed many successful direct response campaigns for clients including Telebrands PedEgg, Bar None, Sparkletts Water, The Colombian Coffee Federation, Fidelity Investments, HBO, and the Hurricane featuring Derek Jeter. Peter’s work includes numerous long form infomercial projects. These projects, as well as his spot work, often involved casting and directing celebrities including Joe Namath, Jack Nicklaus, John Madden, Elle MacPherson, Morgan Fairchild, Paul Newman, Mary Tyler Moore, Mark Harmon and others. He has received numerous industry awards including Tellys, Jordan Whitney Greensheets, The IBWA, EMPixx and New York Festival Awards, is an regular contributor to several industry publications including Electronic Retailing and Response Magazine and has judged several awards and appeared as a speaker at several industry events.
