This conference proposes to bring together researchers from academia and industry involved in emulsions, to provide a forum for exchange and discussion of recent scientific and technological advances in the relevant areas: basic models of rupture / coalescence, Fluids mechanics, characterization techniques, physical chemistry of interfaces.
Authors are invited to submit abstracts in any technical area relevant to this conference.
