The International Conference on E-business Technology & Strategy (iCETS) provides a peer-reviewed forum for academia researchers, enterprises and business analysts, and government leaders from across the globe to share contemporary research on developments in the fields of e-business technology, information management system and business strategy. It seeks to promote effective and vibrant networking among researchers and practitioners from around the world who are concerned about the effective management of information technology in organizations.
This network of researchers views fostering the development of emerging scholars in the information technology and e-business fields as its primary task. Consequently the conference is designed to provide a venue for researchers to get substantive and beneficial feedback on their work.
The proposed 2012 International Conference on E-Business Technology and Strategy (iCETS 2012) will be dedicated to describing the blueprint of the latest e-business development in the information, communication and technology (ICT) industry, e-commerce market forces; social media network and applications; as well as the promotion of economic development in integration. One of important areas of the iCETS 2012 will focus on the social aspect of the business using web applications for customer relation management (CRM) by exploring how online social CRM serves as a compelling strategic choice for organizations doing e-business in the digital economy.
The iCETS 2012 is expected to attract and bring together hundreds of the world's industry leaders, scientists, academics, engineering professionals, policy makers, and government officials to the presentation of keynotes, business panels, technical papers, and workshops. For participants it promises to stimulate the scientific exchange of ideas, the identification of future trends in e-business technology and communications, and the illumination of business opportunities.
