The e-Health Africa Conference 2012 is one of the first multi-stakeholder events focusing on e-Health in Africa that will take place on the continent. This must-attend, thought-leading conference will focus on the current use and application of e-Health solutions to address healthcare challenges and the innovative opportunities that lie ahead in Africa.

The conference would promote knowledge exchange between countries that have developed national e-Health strategies (such as Kenya, Ghana and Tanzania), and with others who are in the process of or thinking about developing such strategies. It would also provide a platform to facilitate the implementation of Kenya's new e-Health strategy by bringing together key stakeholders from Kenya, elsewhere in Africa and around the world who are working in health care, telecommunications, ICT, finance, academia, and the development sectors to share knowledge, exchange ideas, discuss innovative and emerging solutions and develop collaborations.

Our program will include presentations using the latest innovative and multi-media techniques to engage participants on e-Health programs (including m-health) in Africa and other emerging markets, as well as a training program focusing on the practical use of m-health tools for data collection on the continent.
