Description

Health 2.0 Matchpoint turns the typical conference focus on its head by placing health tech entrepreneurs up close and personal in 15 minute meetings, across a table from organizations looking to pilot, partner, or invest in their technologies. Now we’re going to make Health 2.0 Matchpoint the focus of a whole conference about scaling Health 2.0 into business and enterprise level health care. Hosts will include organizations from the worlds of technology, pharma, hospitals, payers & more.

But that’s not all at Health 2.0 Spring Fling Matchpoint Boston, we’ll also be having the return of the sequential fireside chats, featuring big and small organizations that have partnered together in the world of Health 2.0. There’ll be panel discussions with investors and large health care customers. An exhibit hall with a dedicated rolling demo space. Presentations from the winners of the Health 2.0 Developer Challenges. And a keynote from one of the most unusual entrepreneurs in health care IT, Jonathan Bush–the CEO who turned athenahealth from a start-up into the first publicly traded cloud technology company in health care!

All that and the introduction of the Health 2.0 Index, a market research series new for 2012.

Additional Information

Health 2.0 Matchpoint provides a unique opportunity for decision makers in large companies and investor organizations to meet directly with leadership teams of selected innovative health tech startups. For large companies and investor organizations, Health 2.0 Matchpoint is a highly condensed version of targeted market analysis, company evaluation, and meetings with inspiring entrepreneurs. You tap into our existing knowledge and connections to quickly understand which companies present the most upside or natural fit for your goals and situation. But the open, participatory model of Matchpoint also enables innovators to alert you to projects and products that they are developing, but only like to share with decision makers of potential key strategic partners at that time. This benefits both parties and that is just one reason why it draws in the best pool of companies to meet for each Health 2.0 Matchpoint host. For innovators, Health 2.0 Matchpoint turns the typical conference focus on its head by placing health tech entrepreneurs up close and personal, across a table from organizations looking to pilot, partner, or invest in their technologies. If you didn’t know which company (or which business unit) was looking for new models to solve that hard problem you have developed a solution for, this is your opportunity to discover just that. And to skip the line and meet the right decision makers.
