The conference aims at shedding light on a number of administrative development issues in GCC countries including: the status of administrative development and prospecting its future, reviewing and discussing the modern concepts and styles of change in the public sector, activating the role of transparency and accountability in the government bodies, engagement of citizens and civil society institutions in developing the performance of government agencies, accentuating the importance of managing human capital from a strategic perspective in order to achieve the objectives of administrative development, and exploring the most prominent successful experiences in the field of administrative development.
