Mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution are skills used in international development, corporate settings and in personal relationships on a daily basis. People who are talented in these abilities have an edge in their personal and professional lives. This course aims to provide participants with the skills needed to be effective and successful communicators through mediation and negotiation both in their careers and individual lives.
During this interactive online course, we will study and explore negotiation theory, conflict resolution skills and mediation practices. We will be looking particularly at strategies and tactics for negotiation, negotiation across cultures, basics of conflict analysis and resolution, and other specific mediation situations. This course is designed to provide the participants with knowledge and skills that will allow you to become a more effective negotiator.
