Registration of delegates
Early bird registration, with reduced fees, will start as from 23 March 2012. Reduced delegate fees will be available to any delegate who registers before the 30th June 2012.
Accommodation for the night of the Thursday 25th October is included in the Global Summit rates and rooms have been blocked at the Beaumont Estate for Global Summit participants. Therefore: your registration includes your room booking for that night of 25th October.
Should you need to book one more night, rooms have been blocked at a preferential rate for Global Summit participants. We strongly advise you to book your extra night at the same time as you register.

The Beaumont Estate is located within easy reach of the M3, M4 and M25; 30 minutes from London Heathrow Airport, and five minutes from Egham and Windsor railway stations.
1. From London Heathrow International Airport: BY TAXI: If you're travelling by taxi from Heathrow, please pre-book your taxi with the Beaumont hotel (email@example.com)
to collect you (Regular airport taxi charges can be up to double the price).
BY RAIL: Trains are available from Heathrow terminal 1, 2 & 3 to Windsor Central (50 min) and from Heathrow terminal 4 to Windsor Riverside (1h20min). Both stations are only a short taxi journey from Beaumont Estate and have taxi ranks outside.
2. By rail from other locations
The nearest railway stations include:
Egham for connections to/from London (Waterloo) and Reading;
Windsor Riverside for connections to/from London (Waterloo);
Windsor Central for connections to/from Slough, London (Paddington), Reading and Bristol.
All the stations are only a short taxi journey from Beaumont Estate and have taxi ranks outside.
3. By road
Beaumont Estate lies just off the A308 and A328 at Old Windsor, Berkshire.
From the M25
Exit junction 13 (A30 Staines). At the roundabout, follow the signs for the A30 to Bagshot / Egham. This takes you alongside the M25 southbound. Travel to the next roundabout and follow signs for the A308 Windsor. You'll pass the Runnymede Hotel on your right, continue straight until you reach a mini-roundabout. Take the left exit for Englefield Green A328 and then turn immediately right into Burfield Road. Beaumont Estate entrance is on your left-hand side.
From the M4
Exit at junction six and follow the signs for Windsor and the A308. Continue following the signs for Staines and the M25 on the A308. Go past a pub on your right called the Bells of Ouseley, and at the next mini-roundabout turn right signed for Englefield Green A328. Then turn immediately right into Burfield Road. Beaumont Estate entrance is on your left-hand side.
