This Summer Institute in Investing in Commercial Real Estate leads participants through the key concepts, models, and techniques to analyze a real estate deal and to determine its potential profitability. Then, participants are guided through a series of simulations intended to hone their skills and knowledge by negotiating deals under the mentorship of the professor. The course is designed to enable participants to learn the cutting-edge techniques of real estate finance, and develop their skills in negotiating commercial real estate deals. The session is capped by a unique ‘Global Round Table’ on real estate finance linking top scholars in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East who analyze global trends in real estate finance.
