To survive, sustain and maintain competitive advantages in today’s volatile business environment, human resources must be utilized as the most crucial resource for any organization. Managing human resource, therefore, aims to encompass activities such as, recruitment, development, compensation and retention of talent. Therefore, organizations are not only required to address functional, systemic, and process related HR issues, they also have to create live workplaces, where people would be ready to perform and give their best.

Keeping the above in mind, SDMIMD organizes an international conference every year, which would seek to address the various issues in managing employees in terms of challenges of identifying, developing and nurturing the human capital in an organization. Research papers, case studies and articles are invited from various inter-disciplinary areas and sectors for the purpose of the above conference. Selected abstracts/papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding CD with ISBN Code. At least one author needs to register for the conference to get considered for publication of the abstract/paper.

Guideline to authors:

Word limit for Abstract: 500 words
Word Limit for Full paper: 5000 words
Page limit : Not more than 15 pages (A4 size)
Key words: maximum 5 words
Referencing style: APA style
Format: MS Word / PDF, Font Times New Roman, Font size 12, single spaced
No. of authors: Up to 3 authors for each paper
Author Affiliation: Correct name, designation, e-mail ID of the authors and affiliating organization need to be clearly mentioned. The abstract should clearly mention the name and e-mail ID of corresponding author.
Copyright declaration: A declaration should be provided from the Corresponding author along with the paper stating that the work is an original one and does not violate Copyright.
