Description

Colleges and universities are increasingly concerned with providing intervention and guidance to at-risk students. Yet coordinating these students' treatments and academic needs is especially challenging without a point person on campus assigned to this role, such as a case manager, who can utilize a student-centered, multi-systemic approach to meeting student needs, including communication with on- and off-campus treatment providers.

Join us online to learn how a case manager on your campus can help coordinate on-campus resources, follow up with students of concern, and work with students, faculty, and staff to ensure that each student has the opportunity to be successful. You will leave with ideas on how this approach can be integrated into your institution’s student support services.
