This exciting and unique conference invites papers and speakers to come together to explore the practical implementation of Green Economics: social and environmental justice. The event discusses solutions to women's poverty, how women are affected by biodiversity depletion and climate change. It examines the credit crunch and economics crisis and women's poverty and unequal pay and its implications for the rest of society.

This conference is designed to strengthen arguments for the correction of this injustice at the core of mainstream economics policies and so to end the exclusion half of human kind, based on erroneous and incomplete economics practice.

It is intended to explore the links between social and environmental justice and how gender perspectives need to be factored into economics discourses and to explore the costs of this omission for business and for economics and to support the women's budget groups work and to try to correct women's unequal pay and opportunities.
