Venues

If you are using the Quick & Easy form, you will have to choose a venue from our Official venue directory. If you would like to enter a new venue, please use the Advanced form.


To choose your venue using the Quick & Easy form:

  • Begin by selecting the Venue Country, then State (if applicable), and then part of the Venue name (best to use only a few defining words)
  • Click on Search
  • Choose your venue from our Venue Directory
     

To MODIFY your venue in the Quick & Easy form:

  • Go into your My Planner Account
  • Use the drop down box right below to choose the conference you want to edit
  • Make sure you have the correct conference displayed
  • Click on Edit Conference and scroll down
  • Begin to enter the Venue Country, State (if applicable), part of the Venue name (1 or 2 words)
  • Click on Search
  • Choose a venue from our Venue Directory

 

When using the Advanced form:

  • You may follow the same steps outlined above to choose a venue from our directory.
  • If you do not find your venue in our official directory, scroll down and click on button labeled "Click Here to Enter New Venue".
  • Enter the required information denoted by an asterisk.
  • Click on Update Position to activate the map.
  • Click on Next Step in order to save your information

 

To modify a venue in the Advanced form:

  • Go to My Planner Account control panel
  • Use the drop down box right below to choose the conference you want to edit
  • Make sure you have the correct conference displayed
  • Click on Venues link found under Management.
  • There you should see the venue you want to change.
  • Proceed as before by either choosing a venue from our directory or if you want to create your own venue, click on the bottom button titled "Click here to enter a New Venue".
