In order to submit your abstract, please email the abstract in the relevant format as described below to  by the 30th June 2013 Midnight. The subject of the email should be “Abstract Submission: Adapt_Or_Die 2013". Include up to 5 keywords from the theme list presented in the Topics of Interest section.


Papers will be reviewed by their abstracts (max. 400 words). Abstracts should contain the paper title and the body of the paper, with author names, affiliations and contact information. Consistent with standard practice, each submitted paper will receive a minimum of two reviews. The abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific board. All papers should concern themselves with aspects related to the Future. They should make clear how the future aspects relate to the paper.

Presentation Outline: The abstract should also include a preliminary idea of how the paper will be presented if accepted. The presentation outline will also be part of the abstract evaluation process.

Final papers should be original, unpublished and not more than ten single-spaced pages with minimum font size of 12 pt. Papers should be submitted in .doc or .rtf format, and should only contain the paper title and the body of the paper, with author names and affiliations. Final papers should be sent to the conference secretariat by 4th August 2013.

All accepted conference papers will be published in the conference proceedings. The official language of the conference is English. French language maybe considered.

The conference will be held online. Conference panelists and presenters will be given a demonstration and training on the platform prior to the conference days.
